Today we are glad that we have another short interview with one of the growing up brand which is drawing a lot of attention in the computer industry lately due to their creative & innovative products; In Win. Let us understand more about In Win through this short and brief discussion.
Hardware Bistro: First of all we would like understand more about OEM In Win and retail In Win. Do these two groups run the business separately because we found that the products of these two line of businesses are quite difference especially in term of design? Could you tell us more about them in term of R&D, facility as well as resources sharing?
In Win: OEM business pretty much are all handled by our China team and Retail business are handled by the Taiwan team.
Hardware Bistro: Which regions are the major markets for In Win currently and does In Win plan to take a step further to expand the business to other regions/countries as currently In Win product availability is quite limited and we strongly believe most of the computer users will be really beneficial from this expansion and In Win will definitely able to capture more market as we have faith with In Win Products.
In Win: Expansion in any industry is inevitable if the company plans to sustain a healthy long term growth. Currently, our main focus is on US, Japan, Australia, Korea, UK, Holland, Turkey and Russia and we will continue to expand to other regions one country at a time.
Hardware Bistro: Currently those businesses that In Win is involving now are PC cases, PC power supplies and HDD enclosures. We are seeing that In Win is continuous improving its line of business as NA is one of the latest innovative products that was launched lately and we would like to know will In Win involve in other kind of computer business like CPU cooler, water cooling, audio & gaming peripheral and etc? If yes, then when will be the tentative time frame to launch in market?
In Win: Our goal is to become the total solution provider for anyone who is interested in building white box PC so eventually, we will also provide coolers and other innovative peripherals to the market. I am not able to reveal what and when at this time but do expect something new from us in September.
Hardware Bistro: There are plenty of computer makers; either global brands or regional brands which are having the business properties like In Win, so how could In Win makes itself outstanding than other competitors and what is the major concept (or we should say highest priorities) for In Win when developing a new product; innovative, value, useful or other?
In Win: Contemporary and Innovative. All our products released would have to fall in one of these categories. Contemporary refers to the design and appealing factors of a product and Innovative insures that the product has features and specs that are different than any other similar products in the market.
Hardware Bistro: Last but not least since In Win is pretty new in retail business, will In Win involve in any regional or international events like gaming competition, Lan Party to promote the brand as much as possible or maybe any green or environmental friendly projects? Or any other marketing plan that In Win is going to move forward?
In Win: We have already involved in many gaming events and promotional activities in the focus countries fore-mentioned. In September, we will launch a brand new program, IACP (In win Advanced Certification Program), targeting end-users who are conscious about the wellness of our environment. This program will serve as the foundation of our "In Win Ready" ecosystem where products sold through this program would meet the highest level of safety and green/environmental friendly requirements.
