Besides that installation guidelines are written at the back of the packaging box. No additional accessory is included since it is a simple device but if a carry pouch can be included then it will be perfect.

A Closer Look - 6 in 1 Precision Screwdriver Kit

Budget Gadget 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit is a small device where its overall design layout is quite similar with a pen and a clip is added for keeping it easier inside pocket. The size and weight of Budget Gadget 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit is around 104 x 13 x 13 mm and 21g which is pretty light and small; very portability.

The whole unit of Budget Gadget 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit is made by high grade chrome vanadium steel so only a single color (silver) is available. At the both ends of the 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit, there are two caps where the left picture is the bottom cap (with crosshead opening) while right picture is the top cap.

Both of these caps are having different functions where the top cap is used to store the unused screw heads but only five screw heads can be kept at the same time which means at least one of the screw head needs to be installed at the bottom of the 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit. While the bottom cap is used to secure the installed screw head so that it can be used to fasten or unlock the screws.

The bottom cap of the 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit has a crosshead opening which is used to fasten the screw head when the bottom cap is fastened on the enclosure. In order to secure the screw head firmly on the enclosure, the inner bottom portion of the enclosure has a Philips bar so that the installed screw head could be further fastened to avoid it from being turned unwillingly if the applied force is too strong.

Here are the installation work instruction and the provided screw heads of 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit. The included screw heads are 1.5/2.0 Flat, HP0 Philips, 3.0 Tri-Wing and T5/T6/T8 Polydrive screw heads. All of these screw heads should able to serve the user well for most of the application.

Installation, Testing & Performance

Install the screw head on the dongle of 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit is simple where the bottom cap needs to be removed first then slot in the required screw head inside. Before fasten the bottom cap, please ensure the screw head is slotted correctly (align with the Philip bar of the enclosure) but this is only applicable for non Philips screw head.

There is one disadvantage of 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit where the screw head container is only able to store up to five screw heads but not six so one of the screw head need to be installed on the dongle all the time which may not flexible/good if you need to carry this tool all the while especially to be kept inside pocket.

We have tested this 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit for opening a hard drive (solved our problem as we have been seeking a suitable tool to open up the HDD for taking out the shinning HDD blade for decoration purpose) and it works flawlessly where the head screw is able to be fasten within the dongle else the screw head will be spun unwillingly. The quality of these screw heads of 6-in-1 precision screwdriver kit is quite good as something such screw head will be damaged and cause out of alignment but we don't see such issue over these screw heads; thanks to Budget Gadget.
